ok, so here we go. This is my first attempt at bulking. I had gotten fairly strong at one point, but was over weight. At my biggest i tipped the scale at 295lbs.....at 5'6". I got down to 205 with a 14% body fat, contacted the scivation guys, and away we go.
First week on the 3 phase split. Monday-Back+Traps Deadlift 185x10, 275x10 Pull-Up x6, x6 Bent Over Row 135x10 , 185x6 BB Shrug 185x10, 225x10 DB Shrug 95x10, 110x10 Wednesday-Chest+Shoulder Bench Press 185x10, 225x8 Incline DB Press 65x10, 75x7 Dips x10, x10 Military or DB Press 85x10, 95x8 DB Side Lateral 30x10, 30x10 Friday-Legs Squats 185x10, 225x8 Stiff Leg Deadlift 135x10, 205x10 Leg Press or Lunges 350x10, 390x8 Leg Extension 130x10, 170x8 Leg Curl 100x10, 120x10 Saturday- Arms+Calves BB Curl 55x10, 65x10 Close Grip Bench 95x10, 115x8 Skull Crusher 40x10, 50x11 DB Curl 25x10, 30x9 Standing Calf Raise 160x10, 190x10 Seated Calf Raise 180x10, 180x10 Second week so far. Monday-Back+Traps Deadlift 225x10, 275x9, 315x6 Pull-Up x6, x7, x7 Bent Over Row 135x10 , 185x9, 205x8 BB Shrug 205x10, 225x10, 275x8 DB Shrug 110x10, 120x9, 120x8 Wednesday-Chest+Shoulder Bench Press 185x10, 225x8, 245x7 Incline DB Press 70x10, 75x8, 85x6 Dips x10, x10, x10 Military or DB Press 85x10, 105x8, 115x8 DB Side Lateral 30x10, 30x8, 30x7 alright folks. that's all for now. Thanks man. We'll see. Got a lot against me, but I don't give up easily, and I love lifting heavy. Now, all I have to do is get some of my strength back...

ok so to finish out my second week. Here are the numbers. Friday-Legs Squats 185x10, 225x10, 275x6 Stiff Leg Deadlift 135x10, 205x10, 215x7 Leg Press 350x10, 370x8, 390x8 Leg Extension 135x10,165x9,180x7 Leg Curl 105x10, 125x8, 130x6 Saturday- Arms+Calves BB Curl 85x10, 105x7, 115x6 (2 cheat reps) Close Grip Bench 145x10, 185x10, 205x6 Skull Crusher 60x10, 80x10, 80x6 DB Curl 35x10, 40x8, 45x6 Standing Calf Raise 160x10, 180x10, 200x8 Seated Calf Raise 210x10, 270x10, 210x6 so that's the end of week two. tonight starts the real torture. can't wait. 4 sets of heavy lifting.

this will be interesting. Ill post my numbers for this week on wednesday or thursday after i get two nights done. next week will be done in Mexico. my girl and I are out of here for a week. and yes, we are those ppl who keep lifting, even on vacation. and no, I'm not addicted, I can stop whenever I w....dangit.

man I have been to gyms where people are doing everything you can think of but working out.
so many gyms have just become a social place to hang out.
