Top 5 Scivation Supplements (and why): 1. XTEND-(apple) I love the great taste of this amino acid blend. I drink it religiously during and post workout and believe that this supplement helped me build my physique to a competitive pro level. If I only had one supplement to buy XTEND would be it, hands down! 2. Chocolate Whey-I love that the Scivation whey is very low in sugar and carbs (1g). I drink 2-4 protein shakes per day to ensure I meet my protein requirements. I’m also a very picky protein shake person and the chocolate whey doesn’t taste like a protein shake, it tastes like cocoa. 3. Dialene-When prepping for a competition I take Dialene to help me shed the fat. I also really like Dialene preworkout (even in the offseason) to get me energized for my workout. 4. Vasocharge-I take vasocharge preworkout and love the pumps and energy it gives me. My favorite flavor is the lemonade. 5. EFA’s-I take the EFA’s to help maintain a healthy cardiovascular system. EFA’s can reduce the risk for stroke and heart disease and is an essential supplement for high protein diets.
Current Goals: Took 2009 off from competing to work on improving my physique. My off-season goal is to put on 3-5lbs of muscle.
