Mint Chocolate Protein Bars with Protein Cream Cheese Frosting

By Whitney Hansen The holidays don't have to be all or nothing on your diet. Here is a recipe that is festive, tasty, and won't pack on the pounds. (It was even picky eater approved). Happy holidays! What you need: Mix the following ingredients in a large bowl: 1 1/2 c. Oat flour 2 Scoop of Scivation Chocolate Dream Protein 1 TBSP Baking powder ¬Ω tsp Salt ¬Ω c. Splenda   Mint-Protein-BarsWhisk the following in a medium bowl: 2 egg whites 1 c. Unsweetened almond milk 1/3 c. Unsweetened applesauce ¬Ω TBSP Peppermint extract What you do: 1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Spray an 8 x 8 pan with non-stick spray. (I used a 13 x 9, just be sure to check to bars more frequently). 3. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. 4. Pour contents into pan and bake for 24-28 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. 5. Let cool completely and frost with Protein Cream Cheese Frosting. What you need: 4 oz. of Fat Free Cream Cheese ¬Ω Scoop of Scivation Vanilla Heaven Protein Splenda to taste   What you do: 1. With a hand mixer, mix all ingredients together. Be patient, it takes a couple minutes to get the ingredients to mix smoothly. 2.
